Growing & Maintenance:
In spring, apply balanced fertilizer according to package directions. Check soil weekly for moisture. Water thoroughly when dry. Adequate water until the ground freezes is necessary to sustain plant during the winter. Prune early spring if needed before new blue-green foliage emerges. Apply mulch 2-3" deep around base of plant to protect roots during winter. No additional winter protection other than fall mulching is needed. Withstands cold winter conditions, but benefits from winter wind protection. Best fruiting, form and leaf color in full sun. cross-pollinate with Blue Prince for more berries
