Growing & Maintenance:
Veronica grows best in well-drained soils. Loosen soil and incorporate an organic soil conditioner according to directions. Use one plant per square foot of area to cover. Dig hole twice the width of container and a depth slightly less than the height of soil in container. Allow top surface of the container soil to rest slightly higher than the prepared soil. Drought tolerant once established.

Veronica whitleyi
Plant Type: Ground Covers
Forms a mat of feathery olive-green leaves, bearing tiny sapphire-blue flowers in late spring. Problem areas are problems no more, as this evergreen perennial clings to the soil to prevent erosion on dry slopes and banks.
